At OReviVAL Mob Services, we strive to provide the highest quality mobile IV therapy services. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please review our refund policy below.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
✅ Cancellation Before Appointment: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund.
✅ Service Issues: If there was an error in the service provided or a medical concern related to our treatment, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
✅ Prepaid Packages: Unused prepaid sessions may be refunded upon request, minus any processing fees.
Non-Refundable Situations
❌ Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time or do not show up, the payment is non-refundable.
❌ Completed Services: Once an IV therapy session has been administered, we cannot offer a refund.
❌ Unsatisfactory Results: We cannot guarantee specific medical outcomes and do not offer refunds based on the effectiveness of the treatment.
